Amy Edmondson

Amy Edmondson, the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at the Harvard Business School, studies people and teams seeking to make a positive difference through the work they do.

She was recognized by the biannual Thinkers50 global ranking of management thinkers from 2011 onward. She was ranked the number three thinker of the world in 2019 and was honored with the Talent Award in 2017.
